Shipping Policy

C6Performance.com offers the following shipping methods:
• UPS (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 1-5 Days plus 1-2 days processing time
• UPS Second Day - Takes 2 Days plus 1-2 days processing time
• Some Items may ship via USPS, FedEx or Truck Freight at our discretion. We reserve the right to select he best shipping service for your order.
• APO/FPO Welcome! - Takes 2-4 weeks plus 1-2 days processing time
Due to issues related to Credit Card Company policy American Express Requires that all Items can ONLY be shipped to Card Holders Billing Address unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.

Price Matching / Price Policy
We currently offer price matching if we can verify the other prices terms and conditions are the same as ours.
For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web site daily. We offer competitive pricing on our products listed on the website and run many specially priced items all the time.
Return Policy
Our policy for return is simple. If Products are received defective upon arrival, we will send out replacements to replace the defective ones at no cost to you. Under the rare occasion, if a product has arrived "dead", we will replaced it at no charge, after we inspect the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for returning any products. Simply email (Preferred), Fax or call us with the problem and we will email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and where to ship your product, if the problem requires you to do so. All Racing Related Products are Sold "As Is". We will work with you to make any needed changes to complete the project as ordered. As Automotive Racing is a Dangerous Sport we will not be held liable for any injuries, deaths or malfunctions related to the use of these products. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service via email. All installation and use of the products purchased from C5Racer.com / C6 Performance are done at the owners own risk. C6 Performance can not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by the installation or use of the products purchased from us.Some items we sell are not legal on California Pollution Controlled vehicles when used on the street. The customer must determine if the item is legal for use on California registered vehicles  You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for replacement parts, or a full replacement. If you choose to have your parts/product shipped to you, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer. These terms apply to all refunds.  Customers must inform C5Racer.com of any order discrepancy within 15 days of the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. C5Racer.com cannot honor warranty for cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.

 » We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been used or installed. There is a 18% restocking charge on all non-defective returned items.

Cross-Ship
Items can be cross-shipped if: 1. Customer agrees to pay first. 2. The exact same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer.
Return shipping is a service you pay shipping companies. Under no condition will C5Racer.com cross-ship any item after 15 days of original invoice date.
